At B&B Eroico, you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of Italian cooking, especially the typical recipes of the Tuscan tradition. Pappa al pomodoro, pici all'aglione, Chianti braised, beef, peposo, cantuccini... these are just some of the many dishes that you can cook and savor.

The Chef
Monica Lapis was born in Radda in Chianti to a large family; she is currently married and has two daughters. Her passion for cooking was passed down from her paternal aunts, starting as a hobby but over time becoming a true profession.
COOKING CLASSES
ON-SITE / AT HOME
We offer cooking classes in Gaiole in Chianti or directly at your home to meet every need. From the short three-hour course, ideal for learning the quickest Tuscan traditional dishes, to the half-day course covering appetizer, first course, main course, and dessert.
For those seeking a more in-depth experience, we offer a three-day course focused on appetizers, first courses, soups, meat main courses, and traditional desserts, or a five-day course ranging from first courses to baked goods, with special attention to plating.
Finally, the intensive course provides a complete immersion in Tuscan cuisine with a customized two-month program.
Monica's experience
The key element for high-level cooking is experience. Chef Monica Lapis, also holding a third-level diploma from the International Chef Academy of Tuscany earned between 2015 and 2016, brings years of professional expertise and passion to share with both her clients and students.
